Bishop David L Ragsdale fondly known also as Pastor Dave is the founder of Love in Carolina Wedding Officiants. He is also a Biblical teacher and founder of Ministry of Equality SC. In addition, Bishop Ragsdale has counseled for 30 years realizing Crisis counseling, substance abuse, suicide prevention, marriage and generalized pastoral counseling. He is a complete supporter of gay and lesbian couples.He has served Carolinians for over a decade and resides in Irmo.
